Damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged or has missing pieces, you've got 7 days from delivery to let us know. Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund — your choice.

Cancelling
Changed your mind? As long as we haven't shipped it, we'll cancel and refund right away.

Refunds
Refunds go back the same way you paid. UPI and card payments return to your account; COD refunds go to your bank or UPI. Usually 3–5 business days.
