Terms and conditions for JustBlocks purchases.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received or cash-on-delivery is accepted at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may cancel an order if a set is unavailable, with a full refund.
Shipping
Orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days and ship free across India. Estimated delivery is 2–7 working days depending on your pin code. Tracking is emailed once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Unopened sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened sets cannot be returned unless a part is missing or defective, in which case we ship a replacement part free.
Warranty
All bricks are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Normal wear and damage from misuse are excluded.
